Mr. Gaudet graduated from the Paul M. Herbert Law Center of Louisiana State University during 1992. During May of that year, he relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada. He passed the bar exam, and opened his law practice during October of 1992. He has maintained his private practice as a sole practitioner since that time.
Mr. Gaudet maintains a trial practice, concentrating primarily on three areas: Personal Injury, Family Law, and Commerical Litigation. Practice in these areas requires frequent courtroom participation, which Mr. Gaudet relishes as a vital component of his business.
Truly serving his clients best interest is the goal of Mr. Gaudet. He attempts to do so in an expeditious and cost effective manner. He believes that communication in a direct and honest manner is the key to informing clients of their rights and obligations, resolving disputes, and ultimately serving the client's best interest. Mr. Gaudet promotes open discussion pertaining to factual situations, legal standards, and most importantly, application of the law to particular factual situations.
